Vision Board: Leadership Edition

This service is designed for small business owners who want to clarify and strengthen their vision for the company through a unique, fun, and creative team-building exercise. This activity is designed for a team of 3 to 7 people. In the Leadership Edition of this service, we'll work with one big vision board. I will provide the framed vision board and tools such as scissors and pushpins. Each attendee is asked to come with a minimum of 10 images and 5 words that they want to contribute. Pinnable objects (such as small charms, ribbons, etc.) are also welcome. If leaders have custom business cards, they should each bring their own; however, business cards don't "count" toward your images and words. I will facilitate a group discussion where we explore each participant's elements, identify patterns, process conflicts, and eliminate what doesn't fit. During this discussion, the vision board will take shape. At the end of the session, I'll use healing sound frequencies* to cleanse your office or studio to dispel any disruptive energies (conflict, fear, confusion) and infuse the space with specific energies that align with your unique vision as a leadership team. *Note: Due to employee/customer allergies and fire codes, certain office spaces may not allow smoke cleansing. Therefore, my default cleansing tool for this service is sound. However, smoke cleansing may be performed upon request at my discretion. Please clear two hours in your schedule for this service: - Setup (15 minutes): During this time, you'll show me to the workspace (whether it's a room or a table). I'll set out supplies and play healing solfeggio frequencies at a low volume to prepare the space. - Session (1.5 hours): Introductions, discussion & vision board creation - Space clearing (15 minutes): This is for the entire office space, not just our workspace This service is available within Portland, ME city limits.
