I did not grow up thinking I would become a coach working with energy and body-based practices. Before I stepped into this role, my own life became overwhelming. From the outside, I looked capable. Inside, I felt disconnected and stretched thin. I knew how to keep going. I did not yet know how to slow down and regulate.

 

Discovering Reiki was a turning point. Experiencing a tangible shift in my own energy opened the door to deeper work. I began studying Reiki and eventually became a Reiki Master.

As I continued exploring what truly creates lasting change, I expanded into life coaching to bring structure, strategy, and accountability to the inner work.

From there, I deepened my training in EFT tapping, somatic practices, and restorative yoga, integrating body based regulation with clear coaching frameworks.

 

What began as personal healing became a fully developed approach that blends energy work, nervous system regulation, and leadership development.

As I integrated these tools, I experienced something deeper than relief. I rebuilt trust in myself. I strengthened my ability to regulate my nervous system, release stored stress, and make decisions from clarity instead of urgency. I stopped living in reaction and started leading my life with intention.

As my own steadiness grew, others began asking for support.

What started as informal conversations became structured mentorship. With training, experience, and intention, I built a coaching practice rooted in embodied leadership and nervous system regulation. Over time, I chose to step fully into this work.

Today, I guide high functioning women who feel constantly on and overextended to move from overdrive to aligned living.
