I'm Lou Anne, and I'm honored to share my calling with you.
I didn’t grow up thinking I’d ever work as a coach in energy and body-based practices. Long before I stepped into this role, my own life became overwhelming -- and I needed support to reconnect with myself.
Discovering Reiki was a special turning point for me. Feeling my energy shift is what sparked a deep passion to learn and eventually master this practice. I also learned about crystal healing, EFT tapping, somatic exercises, restorative yoga, and different coaching methods. Combining these tools allowed me to release blocks, restore balance, and find clarity in my own life.
As I learned the power of listening to your inner guidance, I started sharing what I knew with others. Friends and clients who benefited from my mentorship, energy work, and intuitive messages started encouraging me to step fully into my gifts. Eventually, I took the leap -- and I'm so glad I did! It's a joy to coach other women through their own challenges and breakthroughs, and to provide holistic wellness support to women and men alike through Reiki, restorative yoga, EFT tapping, and somatic exercises.

My Philosophy
Your inner light is my "why." My greatest joy comes from seeing the transformation in those I work with. Serving as a spiritual embodiment coach is a tangible expression of my belief that everyone has the potential to heal, grow, and live a life of purpose and joy.

My services do not create that potential, because energy cannot be created or destroyed. Rather, I offer methods and tools help you intentionally engage with what already exists.

A holistic approach. I offer a range of modalities to help you align with your true self in areas where you crave energetic healing, spiritual growth, and physical grounding.

Down-to-earth connection. There's more to me than meets the (third) eye! I'm not just a spiritual embodiment coach; I'm a mother of three with a professional background in customer relationship management. My spirituality might raise eyebrows in a board room, but it's only grown stronger as I've navigated a spectrum of human experiences, from raising my children to recovering from trauma to surviving corporate culture.
