1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and/or purchase a session, class, event, and/or package with Lou Anne Viola (henceforth referred to as "services"), and/or by creating an account and accessing the Client Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not book a service or use the Client Portal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book, purchase, and utilize services, and to create a Client Portal account. If under 18, these activities must be supervised and approved by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of Portal

The Portal may be used to:

• View, book, reschedule, and cancel sessions and classes

• Save and manage payment information

• Access exclusive content or communications
   

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Portal

• Share or sell access to your account

5. Payment Policy

Payment Policy varies by service. When you purchase a service, you are agreeing to the individual Payment Policy for that service. Payment Policies cover terms of service related to client cancellation, provider schedule changes, and refunds. You will be prompted to read and agree to the Payment Policy for the service you are purchasing at checkout.

6. Cancellations, Reschedules, and No-Shows

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments must be made in accordance with the individual service Payment Policy, which is specified at checkout and varies based on the service. For all services, 15 minutes late is considered a no-show, which results in service forfeiture and is not eligible for a refund. As the service provider, I reserve the right to cancel any appointment, session, class, or event at my discretion. In such cases, clients will be notified and issued a full refund.

7. Health and Liability Waiver

By booking or participating in services, you acknowledge that you (and your guests, if booking a client-hosted service) are:

• Voluntarily participating in the service(s) you book and/or attend.

• 18+ years of age, or will be at the time of participation in the service(s) you book and/or attend.

• Safely able to participate in the service(s) you utilize based on your health needs.

• If service involves Yoga: Engaging in an activity that involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury.

• If service involves smoke cleansing: Soliciting a service that involves the use of smoke, which may carry a risk for those with allergies, asthma, respiratory conditions, or other health conditions.

 

You further acknowledge that you (and your guests, if booking a client-hosted service) release Lou Anne Viola and her business from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while engaging in services. This release extends to Lou Anne Viola’s employees, agents, and independent contractors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Portal, including videos, images, and class materials, is the property of Lou Anne Viola and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data, including contact information, and using it only for legitimate business purposes. We will never sell your data, and we will never share your data without permission.
