Reiki Healing

As a Reiki Master trained in the Usui tradition and a skilled Crystal Healer, I combine the profound techniques of Reiki with the transformative energy of crystals. Reiki healing is available in person or virtually. 💠 𝗜𝗻-𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗶 (𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗟𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵, 𝗠𝗘) Reiki is most effective when you're in a relaxed state, so you'll lie comfortably on a massage table while soft, healing frequencies play in the background. With your permission, I may incorporate light touch during the session. I’ll spend 45–60 minutes using Reiki techniques and the gentle placement of crystals to balance and open your chakras. During this time, I may also receive intuitive messages to support your healing and personal insight. After the energy work, we’ll spend 30 minutes together to reflect, process your experience, and discuss any guidance that came through. 💠 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗶 (𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺) Before the session, I’ll email or text you a playlist to help set the tone. (If you're unable to enjoy ad-free streaming of the playlist that I select, feel free to pick another on the app of your choosing.) Find a quiet, comfortable place to settle in. Your bed, yoga mat, or favorite recliner can work perfectly. Feel free to relax, daydream, or even fall asleep. When our session is scheduled to start, I’ll perform 45–60 minutes of energetic healing through Reiki and crystal techniques from a distance. As with in-person sessions, intuitive messages may come through during this time. Once the session is complete, I’ll give you a call.
