After the energy work, we spend 30 minutes integrating your experience and discussing what surfaced. Distance Reiki Location: Virtual Before your session, you will receive simple instructions to help you prepare your space. At our scheduled time, I perform 45 to 60 minutes of distance Reiki. Clients often report deep relaxation and a noticeable shift in clarity. As with in person sessions, intuitive insights may emerge and are shared thoughtfully during our integration conversation. We close with 30 minutes of reflection to help you make sense of what arose and how it connects to your life.
