EFT Tapping is a gentle, evidence-based technique that helps release emotional stress, old patterns, and limiting beliefs stored in the body. By tapping on specific acupressure points while acknowledging thoughts or feelings, the body’s nervous system begins to shift from “fight or flight” into a grounded, calm state. This process helps you: Reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm Release stuck emotions and old stories Rewire limiting beliefs and patterns Feel more centered, confident, and connected to yourself Create space for clarity, healing, and new possibilities In a session, I guide you through each tapping point while we explore the emotions, thoughts, or experiences you want to shift. You remain fully present and empowered the entire time—this is a collaborative, supportive process where your body leads the way. EFT can be used on its own or combined with coaching, Reiki, or other healing modalities for deeper emotional release and transformation.
