Life moves fast. Between work, responsibilities, and the everyday demands of family, it’s easy for connection to slip into the background, even in the most loving relationships.
Being married for over 23 years and raising three kids, I know this firsthand. The love is still there, but time, presence, and space to truly connect can quietly disappear.
Reignite the Spark was created from that knowing.
This candlelit, soulful evening invites couples to step out of autopilot and into intentional connection. Through heart-centered breathwork, gentle guided touch, mindful eye-gazing, and loving affirmations, you and your partner will have the opportunity to truly see, feel, and honor one another—without pressure or expectation.
