Booking Policy - General
Applies to all services unless otherwise noted.
CLIENT CANCELLATION: The client may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations with lesser notice are considered late cancellations and will result in session forfeiture.
NO-SHOWS: 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture.
REFUNDS: Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
PROVIDER CHANGES: I reserve the right to cancel any appointment, session, class, or event at my discretion. In such cases, participants will be notified and issued a full refund.
Booking Policy - Coaching Package
PACKAGE SALES ARE FINAL: All purchases of coaching packages are final. Refunds for packages are not available, except at my discretion.
PAYMENT PLANS: Selecting a payment plan constitutes a full purchase. If recurring payments are canceled or declined, the remaining balance will be charged in full. Payment plans cannot be modified after you check out.
CLIENT CANCELLATION (SESSIONS): Sessions purchased as part of a coaching package may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time. Rescheduling is not guaranteed for missed sessions resulting from improper notice. Three improper notices may result in the forfeiture of your remaining sessions with no refund. If illness or emergency prevents you from participating in a scheduled session, please let your coach know as soon as possible.
