Booking policies vary by service. Please read carefully to ensure that you are reading the correct policy for the service you're booking.
Booking Policy - General
Applies to all services unless otherwise noted, including: Discovery Call, Vision Board x Girls' Night, Intuitive Reading, Reiki Healing, Women's Circle (In-Person & Virtual), Restorative Yoga Class
CLIENT CANCELLATION: The client may cancel or reschedule this session up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations with lesser notice are considered late cancellations.
NO-SHOWS: 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture.
REFUNDS: Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
PROVIDER CHANGES: I reserve the right to cancel any appointment, session, class, or event at my discretion. In such cases, participants will be notified and issued a full refund.
Booking Policy - Coaching
Applies to: Spiritual Life Coaching (Session & Package), Clutter Coaching (Session & Package)
CLIENT CANCELLATION: Coaching sessions, whether purchased individually or as part of a package, may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations with lesser notice are considered late cancellations.
NO-SHOWS: 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture.
REFUNDS: Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
PACKAGE SALES ARE FINAL: All purchases of coaching packages are final. Refunds for packages are not available, except at my discretion.
PROVIDER CHANGES: I reserve the right to cancel any appointment, session, class, package, or event at my discretion. In such cases, participants will be notified and issued a full refund.
Booking Policy - Space Clearing
Applies to: Energetic Space Cleansing
CLIENT CANCELLATION: This appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the session start time. Cancellations with lesser notice are considered late cancellations.
NO-SHOWS: 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture. Failing to book and attend a Discovery Call prior to the 72 hour cancellation window is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture.
REFUNDS: Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
DISCOVERY CALL REQUIRED: Because this service requires me to travel to your location, you MUST book a Discovery Call or I will cancel the session. In order to ensure safety when I visit client venues, it is imperative that we have a chance to meet face-to-face (virtually or in person) prior to the session. You do not need to book the Discovery Call prior to booking this session. However, your Discovery Call must be completed PRIOR to the 72-Hour cancellation window, or your session will be cancelled. I may choose to waive the Discovery Call Requirement for known clients at my discretion.
ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED: To ensure that you have time to schedule your Discovery Call, you must book this service at least 7 days in advance.

Booking Policy - Bachelorette
Applies to: Soulful Bachelorette Experience (Local & Distance)
7-DAY CANCELLATION: This appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 7 DAYS before the session start time. Cancellations with lesser notice are considered late cancellations.
NO-SHOWS: 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture. Failing to book and attend a Discovery Call prior to the 7-day cancellation window is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture.
REFUNDS: Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
DISCOVERY CALL REQUIRED: Because this service requires me to travel to your location, you MUST book a Discovery Call or I will cancel the session. 72-HOUR CANCELLATION: This appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the session start time. Cancellations with lesser notice are considered late cancellations.
NO-SHOWS: 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture. Failing to book and attend a Discovery Call prior to the 72 hour cancellation window is considered a no-show and will result in session forfeiture.
REFUNDS: Sessions that are cancelled less than 72 hours before the start time will be charged the full amount of the session. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
