EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping, is a powerful yet simple practice that helps regulate your nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and gently shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. In this workshop, you’ll learn what tapping is, why it works, and how to use it in a way that feels natural and supportive—not overwhelming or overly scripted. We’ll move through a guided tapping experience and you’ll begin creating your own personalized tapping script based on what you’re currently navigating. This is about giving you a tool you can actually use in your everyday life—when anxiety rises, when emotions feel overwhelming, or when you notice yourself slipping into old patterns. You’ll leave with a simple framework and your own tapping script to support you beyond the session. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
